COME FEED THE HUNGRY HOMELESS thru T.H.O.R.N. Ministries

We invite the community to do SERVICE projects, community service hours or simply to bring the family and friends spend a day making the community a better place! The "Heart of Tampa" project provides over 1,000 meals per week to the hungry homeless at several Tampa locations:

Sundays, 2:30 - Corner of 50th street, Columbus, Tampa
Sundays, 3:15 - The Sunshine Bunkhouse, 19th St & 3rd Ave., Ybor
Sundays, 4:30 - Behind Greyhound Bus station, Cass St., Downtown
Thursdays, 7PM - The Sunshine Bunkhouse, 19th St & 3rd Ave., Ybor
Fridays, 7PM - Corner of 50th street, Columbus, Tampa


T.H.O.R.N. Ministries (Thankfully Helping Others' Real Need), a non-profit organization, is a spiritually inspired humanitarian outreach that serves the Homeless of Tampa Bay and the needy of Samoa. The purpose is to evangelize by example, thus sharing Christ with all we meet.

In addition to food we offer prayers of comfort and support, a loving and kind word, songs, haircuts, first aid and gift clothing and hygiene supplies. 

You can Help Us Help Others!

• Cook and bring hot meals
• Help serve meals
• Collect and distribute clothing, toiletries, blankets, first aid, hygiene supplies and non-perishable food and drinks
• Cash contributions are always welcome
